The new 8.5 edition of the IPHA Code of Practice is now available on the IPHA website, along with a new mandatory template for patient organisation disclosure, IPHA's minimum requirements for companies pursuing "legitimate interests" as the legal basis
for publishing TOV (transfer of value) data, and a general best practice document for TOV disclosure.
